The incumbent serves as Chief of the Support Services Division which covers both Administrative and Finance activities. The Division has responsibility for providing timely and cost effective support services to the Regional Office (RO) and its satellite offices. Specific duties include: Gives advice and recommendations on the administrative feasibility of operating plans, suggestions, and proposals. Reviews existing support service programs and recommends modification for improvement as needed. Develops, recommends, and implements a variety of programs with the Director and Assistant Director, the failure of which would have extreme adverse impact on the overall operating capacity of the office services.
