About the Position: This position is with U.S. Army Transportation Command, International Movement Support Division, within the International Seaport Contract Management Branch located at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The incumbent will serve as a Traffic Management Specialist responsible for leading and directing the planning, developing and implementation of the Command Quality Assurance Program for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) and Third Party Logistics (3PL) contracts. Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions of assigned transportation contracts. Coordinate with Contracting Officers to resolve performance issues that disrupt transportation services. Develop Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans for assigned contracts....
