About the Position: Incumbent will be responsible for developing comprehensive project management documentation to include coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting of a wide variety of repair, maintenance, renovation and minor construction projects. This is a developmental position; duties listed below will be performed in a developmental capacity at the GS-09 and GS-10 grade level. At the full performance, GS-11, the incumbent will: Provides substantive management support services in the area of project cost analysis, annual and long range planning, and development.
