About the Position: You will serve as the USACE South Pacific Division civil disaster contingency planner for USACE support to FEMA, and other federal agencies, within the National Response Framework (NRF). You will coordinate with Division staff and subordinate districts through the planning process for disaster response contingency operations. Report progress of FEMA Region plans to the Division's Chief, Emergency Management, and the USACE Director of Contingency Operations.
