Help in the preparation, presentation and serving of specialty meats, delicacies, preserved foods, cheeses, salads, breads and sweets to patrons. Answer customer questions about specialty foods. Using prepared ingredients, you will make hot and/or cold sandwiches, fruit and vegetable trays, salads and rotisserie chicken. Responsible for cleaning counters and trays, washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in preparation, work and display areas. Inspect and clean equipment as required.
