About the Position: The incumbent serves as a Civil Engineer with wide latitude of independent action and decision to accomplish the mission of the organization assigned. As a Civil Engineer, the incumbent utilizes professional engineering knowledge and techniques to plan and coordinate all assigned surveying and mapping functions, to include in-house surveys and surveys performed by contract. Provides technical expertise, judgment and guidance to counterparts within the District, other Governmental agencies, private interests and A-E firms.
