The primary purpose of this position is to lead three or more workers to accomplish trades and/or labor work on a substantially full time and continuing basis. Leader is responsible to both perform the work assigned by a supervisor and ensures that subordinates completed assigned work consistent with trades and labor standards. Leads a team of trades and/or labor workers. Performs work. Fabricates, installs, relocates, repairs and modifies structures, industrial shop machinery, and equipment. Ensure subordinates perform work in accordance with quality and safety guidance, meeting or exceeding requirements.
