You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the SURFCOMSYSTRNCMD HAMPTON ROADS. You will directly supervise civilians and military staff across two learning sites within the Hampton Roads area. You will provide advice and instruction to employees on both technical and administrative matters, i.e. time and attendance, performance appraisal, etc. You will serve as primary point of contact for student support inquiries and issues from outside agencies, providing technical advice and support.
