You will serve as an HR SPEC (CLASS/RECRUIT) in the ADMINISTRATIVE AND RESOURCES DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS. You will provide advice, guidance, and assistance to internal and external customers. You will respond to issues independently, researching and resolving problems and issues based on knowledge of functional area and administrative processes. You will assist in assessing organizational needs and developing strategies to close gaps, such as succession planning, targeted recruitment, training programs, restructuring, and retention strategies. You will provide advice and guidance on implementation of new or revised standards and guides.
