You will serve as an ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the Engineering and Planning Department ofPSNS and IMF. You will monitor the execution by the Engineering and Planning Department of the Plan of Action and Milestones developed for the specific ship or project by the Project Planning Team. You will act as liaison between the Engineering and Planning Department and Ship's Force, Type Commanders, Naval Systems Commands, other naval activities and contractors. You will monitor fund expenditures, schedule adherence and manning rates associated with the Engineering and Planning Department effort.
