You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER. You will manage manpower requirements, authorizations and civilian position records by Billet Identification Number (BIN). You will Determines the proper coding of position level details for each BIN to include, but not limited to, occupational classification code (OCC), position title, target grade, employee type. You will coordinate manpower program issues with NAVSUP Headquarters in order to effectively manage manpower requirements. You will ensure organizational and position structures are aligned with approved manpower authorizations, as identified in the approved Products and Services Plan (PSP).
