This is a formal Air Force intern position, established under the PALACE ACQUIRE (PAQ) program; as such, it is centrally managed and funded by the Air force Personnel Center, Civilian Force Management Directorate and administered by the History and Museums Career Field Management Team. Position locations may vary from listed locations. - Performs a variety of developmental assignments involving portions of archival appraisals. - Answers routine requests for historical information. - Assists in disseminating historical information through the preparation of finding aids. - Carries out special assignments. Performs taskings which are designed to further knowledge and skill in archival procedures and related functions.
